For swimming different small beaches with a darkish, fairly coarse lavasand are very inviting. On the Southwest side of the island they are principally found in and around Puerto Naos and in Tazacorte.
A cultural tip: The painter Dieter Hinz offers a rich choice of paintings and water-colors with La Palma subjects for art lovers. He also regularly offers courses in the technique of water-coloring. |
